What is a domain name?
Domain name is an easy-to-remember name to identify a web site. Examples
of domain names are such as google.com and bizpartner.com.my.
What is a domain name for?
If you need to put up a web site, such as http://www.xyz.com, or if you want
email addresses such as contact@xyz.com, you will need a domain name called
xyz.com.
What is a hosting service?
A hosting service offers space to customers to put up their web site or
emails on our server.
How do you track people who search on my blog?
A cookie is stored on your visitor's computer for 3 months. If he or
she buys within the period, we will be able to track your referral.
How do I know when my visitors buy from you?
You will be alerted when your visitor places order from us by email and SMS.
What are the affiliate commission and sub-affiliate commission?
You earn affiliate commission when people search for domain name using your
search box, and subsequently buy any domain within 3 months. For example,
you earn US$ 3.15 for each .com domain name sold.
People can also use your search box, get to this page and join as an
affiliate themselves (get their own search box). They will become your
sub-affiliates due to your referral. For each sale they make, you are paid
a further 20% of your normal affiliate commission! That is your
sub-affiliate commission.
For example, your affiliate earn US$ 3.15 for each .com domain name sold as
his or her own affiliate commission, and you earn US$ 0.63 for your
sub-affiliate commission!
How do I check how much I have earned?
We are adding new services to this web site so that you can login to check
your earnings, among other things. For now, we will pay out to you
at the end of following month upon receipt of payment from customer you refer.
How am I paid?
Payment is made to you via PayPal in US Dollar. But if you are a Malaysian, we
can transfer the fund directly to your bank account in Ringgit Malaysia.
How often do you pay me?
We pay you at the end of following month upon receipt of payment from a customer.
But if you wish to accumulate your earnings until later, please let us know.
Can I show off how much I have earned on my blog? :-)
Not at the moment. But we are looking into providing such feature in

I don't have a blog. Can I still join?
As long as you have a web site, web page, or online profile on social networking web sites to put up the search box HTML, you are welcome!
Can I buy my own domain name through my search box?
Yes, by all means! :-) But you will still need to pay the normal
price first as a customer. Later, we will send your affiliate commission separately.
I'm your reseller. Can I earn affiliate commission on top of my reseller commission?
Yes, you can! But you will still need to pay the normal reseller price
first as a reseller. Later, we will send your affiliate commission

Can I modify the HTML code in any way?
Yes, you can, if you wish to change the presentation and behaviour of the search box, and
if you know how not to affect the referral. For example, you can decide
what domain name type you want to sell on your web site, and delete unnecessary
domain types as you like. Or you want to decide the currency of your
choice. The default currency is Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
But if you are not sure how to edit the code, it's better to stick to
the original code so that we can track your referrals without any problem.
